Membership in Spectrum is open to all persons regardless of sexual orientation, race, religious affiliation, sex, gender identification, national origin, physical ability, or health status. To become an active member, you must meet the attendance requirement, and then fill out a membership form and pay dues.
A member is granted active status provided that they are current with their dues and have met an attendance requirement of half of the meetings held in that academic year. Members joining in the spring semester may become active by attending half of the business meetings in that semester. Active status gives full members electoral voting privileges and the ability to be elected to a position as an officer or committee chair.
Dues are $10 a year.
